Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $40 must accompany each camper registration.
Camp Cost
The amount of the camp varies depending upon the selected camp and includes all meals, lodging, and activities. Payment of the camp fee is due on or before the day of arrival.
We encourage parents to pay your balance at least 2 weeks before arrival so that you can pass through the registration lines quicker on the first day of camp.

Early Bird or Late Registrations
Before April 15 Register by April 15 and save $10 on your final balance.
After June 1 Register after June 1 and pay an extra $20 on your final balance.
Discounts
Family Discounts When registering more than one child for camp from the same family, the first child's camp cost is at regular price; all additional immediate family members' camp fees are discounted by $10.
Multiple Camps For those campers who return for more than one week in the summer, the first week of camp is at regular price; all additional weeks of camp are discounted by $10.
Church Discounts When registering 10 or more campers at one time, a $10 discount is applied to the camp cost.
Scholarships
A limited number of partial scholarships are offered to campers who might not otherwise be able to attend. These are available because of gifts designated for this purpose.

- Submit usual deposit and completed camper registration form(s) with the scholarship application form. Financial aid is normally granted for 50% of the camp cost.
